Junk Savior LLC provides junk removal, estate cleanout, debris removal, and related services in Manatee, Sarasota, and Hillsborough Counties, Florida. Service availability is subject to scheduling, location, and the nature of items to be removed.
All quotes are provided on-site after a visual assessment of the items to be removed. Quotes are based on the volume of material loaded into our truck. The quoted price is final — we do not charge more than the approved on-site estimate unless additional items are added with your explicit approval.
A minimum service charge applies to all jobs. We do not provide binding estimates by phone, email, or photo.

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept cash, major credit cards, and digital payment methods. By approving our on-site quote, you authorize payment of that amount upon job completion.
We ask for reasonable advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Same-day cancellations may result in a trip fee to cover our crew's travel costs. We will always do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests.
Our crew takes care to protect your property during removal. In the unlikely event of accidental damage caused by our team, please notify us immediately. We carry appropriate insurance and will work in good faith to resolve any legitimate damage claims.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, damage to items not identified for removal, or damage resulting from customer-provided incorrect information about access conditions.
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Junk Savior LLC's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific job giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
