We can provide documentation of what was hauled, but official donation receipts come from the receiving charity. If this is important to you, let us know and we'll try to connect you with the recipient organization.
Generally, items need to be functional or repairable — not broken, heavily stained, or infested. We assess on-site and make the call. When in doubt, we take it and sort at the truck.
Yes. Electronics go to certified e-waste processors. Scrap metal goes to recyclers. Neither category ends up in a landfill from our loads if we can help it.
It's our average — not a per-load guarantee. Some loads (pure construction debris, hazmat-adjacent material) are harder to divert. But it's what we genuinely hit across our overall volume.
